Every bagged KKO product can also be made to order as loose bulk or in 2-cubic-yard bulk sacks. Loose bulk is made to order, generally beginning at 5 cubic yards, with 10 cubic yards preferred. - Best fit
- Nursery containers, perennials, and small shrubs in a longer outdoor crop.
- Nutrient status
- Fertilizer-free. The grower manages feeding. KKO can mix in fertilizer for an added fee, or the grower can top-dress the pots.
- Best-use notes
- Choose this fertilizer-free base when your operation supplies the feeding program. BIO Enhanced adds compost and endomycorrhizae; Tree Mix fits larger woody stock.

- Best fit
- An OMRI-listed, fine-textured mulch for garden beds and landscape areas, made from a renewable timber byproduct.
- Nutrient status
- Helps cover the soil surface and finish planting areas with a clean, natural look.
- Best-use notes
- Its main job is mulch. It can also serve as a structural component in an established soil or growing-media formula when the user understands how bark changes the mix.
